Peerless Model 6
The Peerless Motor Corporation of Cleveland, Ohio, manufactured high-quality cars between 1900 and 1931. Peerless, along with Packard and Pierce-Arrow, became known as the ‘Three P’s of Motordom’ (top-of-the-range cars) in the United States.
The car offered for sale is one of the very few vehicles still in existence today. The new car was imported into Switzerland by the firm R. Egg, American Automobiles. Rudolf Egg was himself a Swiss car manufacturer (Egg & Egli, 1896–1904).
The last owner has owned the car since 1966 and restored it professionally. All work and subsequent journeys have been documented in a notebook.
Despite the restoration having taken place a long time ago, the car is in very good condition. The last MOT test took place in 2021.
